OpenUBMC2506 BMC固件升级失败

代码版本：2506
问题说明： 在2506增加自签名之后，编译成功，签名成功 在S920X20的环境上先刷了过渡包，之后刷自己编译的Openubmc固件包，提示升级失败，查看日志，在app.log的出现升级写入配置文件失败，请问怎么回事呀？
求助：1. 有没有详细的从华为版本到openubmc版本刷机的文档说明
2. openubmc刷入真机，增加签名外，还需要做什么修改呀

从日志分析，你的升级包不是社区包又没有做包的加密。
原因：
社区包会跳过验签和加解密。你的包没标注是社区包（前面走了验签），但是又没加密，会导致升级失败。
解决方法：
1、社区包要设置community_enable:true
2、非社区包要进行加解密

李工，你好，请问下从过渡包升级到25.09不管 有没有设置community_enable:true 都会走签名逻辑吗，我用过渡包升级openUBMC25.09的话 app.log里面就会提示验签失败，然后web界面提示升级包无效。

分2种情况

  • 升级社区无签名的openUBMC固件包， 过渡包中必须设置community_enable:true 即社区无签名模式。
  • 升级自制签名的固件包，过渡包不设置community_enable:true，且需要构建时将自值签名根ca证书，打包到opt/bmc/trust/partner

从我当前升级的情况来看，这个过渡包里面community_enable应该是没设置的，请问下这个能升级社区无签名的openUBMC的过渡包是要找接口人提供吗？我当前的这份是从友商拿的。

李工，你好，再打扰下，有个其它的事请教下，因为我之前的openUBMC的构建过程有些问题，导致构建出来的包 通过iBMC web界面升级后，无法通过ssh登录，串口也被切换到CPU侧了，仅能短暂的使用，在短暂的使用过程中通过ipmcset -d rollback想回退到iBMC，串口中打印内部服务报错。

我的问题是还有啥其它方法可以回退吗？ 比如在uboot中进行操作，回退到iBMC的版本

你好，我们碰到和你一样的问题了。我们过度包做了两个，一个开启了community_enable:true，一个没有开启。这两个过度包升级openUBMC出的签名包都会出现一样的问题。你们这边现在解决了吗？如何解决的？

没，我回退到iBMC版本 直接升到openUBMC了。没用过渡包的方式了

另外你可以看下是啥原因导致的升级失败，如果是验签不过或者解密失败，web界面会提示无效的升级包

你这个看上去像是验签失败，你制作自签名的固件包的私钥和你过渡包里面用来验签的公钥是一对吗？

或者你可以试试直接回退到iBMC，直接升级到openUBMC固件的方式，我现在就是这么干的，这个得话就是得要有个crypto_tool工具，加密一下你的固件包，否则升级的时候也会提示 无效的升级包。
